Soliant Health is currently seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school district in Greeneville, TN. This position will be available ASAP and continue through June 2025, covering a K-5 caseload. The SLP will work with young students to improve their speech, language, and communication skills while collaborating with school teams to create individualized therapy plans.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Conduct assessments, track progress, and document results.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students’ speech and language goals.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights into students’ progress.

- Caseload: K-5 students
- Schedule: Full-time
- Duration: ASAP through June 2025
Requirements
- Tennessee SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
