Full-Time SLP (CCC) Position in Crandall, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based
Pay Range: $45 - $55 per hour (based on experience)
Soliant Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC to join a school-based team in Crandall, TX. This full-time position involves supervising two SLPAs while providing direct therapy to students. It’s a great opportunity for a strong leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of students.
Position Details:
- Start/End Dates: ASAP – End of the school year (with potential for renewal)
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: K-12 students (specific details will be discussed during the interview)
- Location: Onsite in Crandall, TX
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide two SLPAs in their daily tasks and therapy services
- Conduct speech and language assessments and provide direct therapy to students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Attend IEP meetings and provide updates on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
- Document therapy progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active TX SLP license (CCC-SLP required)
- Experience supervising SLPA(s) preferred
- School-based experience preferred but not required
