Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Cleveland, TN
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Cleveland, TN. This itinerant role focuses on PreK-K students (50 students total) and requires onsite presence due to the age group.
Position Details:
- Location: Cleveland, TN
- Schedule: Full-time
- Caseload: PreK-K (50 students)
- Duration: ASAP – End of the 2024-2025 school year
- Setting: Itinerant, must be onsite
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments for preschool and kindergarten students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation
Requirements:
- Active Tennessee SLP license
- Experience with initial evaluations required
- School-based or early childhood experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
