Job Details:
- Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Grade Levels: TK-5th grade
- Caseload: Approximately 40-45 students
- Hourly Avg Rate: 45+ depending on experience
- Support and Resources:
- Workload analysis system reviewed monthly for equitable distribution
- Instructional Assistant (IA) support for services and billing
- Collaborative department of 10 SLPs with monthly meetings
- Ongoing professional development provided by the district
- Annual ASHA certification reimbursement for KSD employees
