Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in Riverside, CA. This full-time, contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a school setting, providing essential speech and language services to students of varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Provide therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid California SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
State-Specific Requirements:
- Must hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of California.
- Compliance with all California state requirements for working in schools, including a valid credential issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) if required.
