Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Required in King City, OR
Introduction: We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in King City, OR. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to make a significant impact in a supportive school environment, focusing on enhancing student communication abilities and overall academic success.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.
- Regularly assess student progress and adapt treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide training and support to school staff and family members on strategies to support the students' speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in pediatric or educational settings is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively within a team.
