Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively address student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to integrate therapeutic strategies with educational goals.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and adjust therapy plans based on observed outcomes.
- Educate and support school staff and families in techniques that facilitate communication and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Active Oregon SLP licensure or eligibility.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience in pediatric or educational settings is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
