Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Position Available in Eagle Point, OR
Introduction: We are looking for a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time in Eagle Point, OR. This role is suited for a dedicated individual who is eager to provide high-quality speech therapy services in a school setting, helping students enhance their communication skills and succeed academically.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students.
- Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans based on educational needs.
- Collaborate with school personnel and parents to integrate therapy with students’ educational programs.
- Monitor and document students’ progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Conduct training sessions with school staff and family members on strategies to support the students’ speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid Oregon SLP license or eligibility.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff.
