This full-time position will support elementary and middle school students in the Suffolk, VA area. Position Details:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in elementary and middle school settings.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and success.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of students.
- Document progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom accommodations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid Virginia state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
