Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with students in Hingham, MA. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children by supporting their communication and language development needs in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive environments.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Massachusetts SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
