Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Bear, Delaware, to join our team and support individuals in achieving their communication goals. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients of various ages, their families, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
Job Details:
- Full-time: 35 hours per week
- K-12th grade students (more than one school location)
- Mild to moderate disabilities
- Multiple openings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific client needs.
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure coordinated care.
- Track progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and resources to clients and families for continued success beyond therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain).
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations and as part of a collaborative team.
