Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Job
Riverside, CA
Blazer Jobs has partnered with a school district in the Riverside, CA area to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2024-2025 school year. This position is in a special education setting, providing an opportunity to work with students who require speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in a special education setting.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective support for students.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure compliance with state and district regulations.
Requirements:
- State licensure and certifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) are required (please specify state requirements).
- A minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
