Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist Job in Mill Valley, CA Immediate Start
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Mill Valley, CA. This full-time, contracted position is available immediately and runs through the end of the school year. Position Overview:

- Schedule: ASAP – End of the School Year
- Caseload: Elementary students
- Pay Rate: Starting at $55 per hour
As an SLP in this role, you will work with a manageable caseload of elementary students with a variety of communication needs. You’ll have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with teachers and staff, and support students’ academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ unique communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings to support students’ progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure students are receiving comprehensive support.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet IEP goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in the state of California.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred.
- Prior experience working with elementary students or in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
