Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow) for a full-time school-based position in Antelope, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students by providing essential speech therapy services in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain detailed documentation to ensure compliance with district and state guidelines.
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings based on student needs.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active California SLP License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred – Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs).
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in a school setting or pediatrics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, therapy techniques, and progress tracking.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) will receive mentorship and supervision from an experienced SLP.
