Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Opportunity in Vallejo, CA
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time role in Vallejo, CA, for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high school students in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
Position Overview:
- Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Location: Vallejo, CA
- School Year: 2024-2025
- Schedule: Full-time, 7 hours per day
- Caseload: High school students
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to high school students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student success
Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA license
- Must hold a California Teaching Credential
- Experience with SEIS (Special Education Information System) required
- Prior school-based experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
