Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Opportunity in Pasadena, TX
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time school-based position in Pasadena, TX. This role offers the opportunity to work with elementary students while providing essential support to virtual SLPs in a collaborative learning environment.
Position Details
- Location: Pasadena, TX
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Caseload: Elementary students
- Responsibilities: Assisting virtual SLPs with therapy sessions, student progress tracking, and intervention support
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of virtual SLPs
- Assist in implementing therapy plans and IEP goals for elementary students
- Monitor and document student progress in coordination with the virtual SLP team
- Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and families to support student success
Qualifications
- Active Texas SLPA license
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote and onsite professionals
