Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Chino Hills, CA
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Chino Hills, CA for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time, onsite position offers a great opportunity to support students in their speech and language development.
Position Details:
- Location: Onsite in Chino Hills, CA
- Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Contract
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: May 2025
- Hours: 35+ hours per week
- Caseload: K-12 students (specifics provided during the interview)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing therapy services
- Support students in individual and group therapy sessions
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student communication goals
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or related field
- Active California SLPA license
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
