Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our partner school district in Shelburne Falls, MA. In this role, you will provide essential speech and language services to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and thrive in their academic and social environments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to identify areas of need
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in one-on-one and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress and recommend speech and language goals
  • Stay current with best practices in speech and language therapy

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • MA state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred)
  • Clinical Fellows welcome
  • Experience in a school setting or working with children (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
