Full-Time SLPA Role Near Columbus, NE
Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to work with a K-12 caseload in a school district near Columbus, NE. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, starting immediately and continuing through May 21, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services under the guidance of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students across K-12th grades.
- Monitor and document student progress toward communication goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Adapt therapy activities to meet the developmental and academic needs of a diverse caseload.
Qualifications:
- Current Nebraska SLPA license.
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
- Experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students of all grade levels.
