Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Richmond area. This school-based position offers flexible caseloads and multiple site options to best fit your personal preferences. You’ll work alongside a team to provide quality support to students, helping them achieve their communication and academic goals. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support each student’s individualized needs
- Document student progress and maintain records per district and program guidelines
- Adapt therapy activities to support student engagement and success
Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLPA Licensure
- Previous experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
