Full-Time SLPA Position Near Yelm, WA
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time role in a school district near Yelm, Washington. This position involves working onsite as a facilitator for virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), supporting elementary students in grades K-5.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an onsite facilitator for virtual SLPs, assisting in the delivery of speech and language services.
- Support K-5th grade students with activities and therapy sessions designed by licensed SLPs.
- Monitor and document students’ progress toward therapy goals.
- Ensure smooth communication between virtual SLPs, students, and school staff.
- Maintain compliance with school district guidelines and therapy protocols.
Qualifications
- Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Washington (license may be pending).
- Fingerprinted through the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) or eligible for fingerprinting.
- Experience in school-based settings is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with virtual SLPs, teachers, and staff to support student success.
