Full-Time SLPA Position in Cambridge, MA

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) eager to support middle-grade students? ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time SLPA for an onsite role in Cambridge, MA. Join a collaborative team and help make a difference for 40 students on your caseload for the remainder of the school year.
Position Details:
- Location: Cambridge, MA
- Schedule: 35 hours/week
- Caseload: 40 middle-grade students
- Duration: Remainder of the school year
- Work Setting: Onsite only
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Support students with articulation, language development, and other communication needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Document student progress and assist with IEP implementation.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences or a related field.
- Active SLPA licensure in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience with middle school students is a plus!
