This full-time position offers an opportunity to support students’ communication and developmental goals in a collaborative and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in providing therapy services to students.
- Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Work with students individually or in small groups to address communication goals.
- Document student progress and report findings to the SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain compliance with school district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Current SLPA licensure in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when needed.
