Full-time SLPA for Schools - Chico, CA

Soliant Health is looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school-based team in Chico, CA. In this role, you will assist in providing speech therapy services to K-12 students, helping them improve their speech, language, and communication skills under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing speech therapy plans and IEP goals.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students.
- Conduct speech screenings and document student progress.
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and staff to support student development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
- Valid California state SLPA license.
- Experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
