About Blazer Jobs
Blazer Jobs collaborates with leading school districts to provide special education services to students who require support through IEPs and 504 plans. Our mission is to connect skilled professionals with rewarding contract roles where they can make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop customized therapy plans to address student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and special education staff
- Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide individual and small-group therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC-SLP)
- Florida state SLP license
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
