School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position - Helena, AR
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time position in Helena, AR. This role involves servicing multiple schools and providing essential speech and language therapy services to students of various grade levels. We are looking for an SLP who is skilled in documentation and can effectively communicate with parents during IEP meetings to discuss student progress.

Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from PreK through 12th grade.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs.
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress reports.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings, effectively communicating progress and strategies to parents and team members.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational success.
Qualifications:
- Active Arkansas SLP License or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but CFs with strong skills may be considered.
- Experience in school-based settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
