Soliant is seeking a dedicated SLP to join our dynamic team in Warwick, Rhode Island, for the 2024-2025 school year! This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive school environment while making a significant impact on students' communication skills.
Position Details:
- Location: Warwick, RI
- Duration: 6-8 week leave starting ASAP, with the potential for extension
- Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy services and conduct group sessions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Rhode Island
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
