Full-Time, School Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP or SLPA)
We are currently conducting interviews and hiring for the current school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.

Job Details:
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week
- K-12 Caseload will be discussed during the interview with district director
- Onsite work during the school year
- Hourly rate for this role is negotiable and commensurate with experience (SLPA - $28-36/hour, SLP - $45-55+/hour)
- Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services with paid cancellations
- Health, vision and dental insurance available for full time contractors
- Continued Education reimbursements and clinical support throughout assignment
Job Requirements:
- A valid Alabama SLP or SLPA License is required, and a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
- Prior pediatric or school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
