Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed in the Stockton, CA Area
Stockton, CA
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school district for the 2024/2025 academic year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and committed to helping them improve their speech and language skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Document student progress and maintain records
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is a plus
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
