Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Greencastle, IN area. We are seeking dedicated professionals passionate about helping students succeed.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possess an active Indiana SLP license issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
- Hold a Speech-Language Pathology Certificate from the Indiana Department of Education
- Have prior experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting
- Meet all district and state-mandated compliance requirements
Applicants who do not meet the above qualifications will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Providing direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Monitoring and documenting student progress while maintaining compliance with all regulations
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing recommendations for student support
