Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time in Woodruff, SC. The SLP will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students, helping them develop essential communication skills to succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid South Carolina SLP license or eligibility for certification.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply).
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
