Blazerworks is proud to partner with a school district in Lynn, MA, to hire a dedicated and compassionate School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to support students in developing their communication skills while working alongside a team of experienced professionals.
Job Details:

- Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing speech and language therapy programs under the supervision of an SLP
- Work with students in individual and group settings to support speech-language development
- Maintain records and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to provide the best support for students
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Valid SLPA license in the state of Massachusetts
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students succeed
