Now Hiring: Speech Language Pathologist – Centralia, WA
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Centralia, WA area. We are looking for passionate professionals committed to supporting students in their speech and language development.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possess an active Washington state SLP license
- Hold a Speech-Language Pathology Certificate from the Washington State Department of Education
- Have prior experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting
- Meet all district and state-mandated compliance requirements
Applicants who do not meet the above qualifications will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, your responsibilities may include:
- Conducting speech and language assessments and creating personalized treatment plans
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff members to monitor student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy services and student outcomes
- Attending IEP meetings and offering insights on student development and support needs
