Full Time School Based - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Assistant (SLPA) needed in Lakeland

Soliant Education is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for a full-time role in a school district near Lakeland, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students of diverse needs while contributing to their communication and academic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess speech and language development in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Requirements:
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Florida SLP license.
- SLPA: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s in a related field and Florida SLPA certification.
- Previous school-based experience is a plus.
