Job Details:
- Location: Springville, NY
- Position Type: Full-time, Contract (School-based)
- Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
- Caseload: K-12 students (caseload will vary)
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
- Conduct assessments to evaluate communication skills and needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to monitor and support progress
- Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid New York State SLP License (required)
- ASHA certification preferred
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
State-Specific Requirements:
- Must have an active New York State SLP License
- New York state background check and fingerprinting required
