As a Digital SLP, you will provide online speech therapy services to individuals of all ages, leveraging digital platforms and technology to deliver high-quality care remotely. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations through digital platforms, considering clients' needs, goals, and individualized plans.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders or delays.
- Provide therapy sessions remotely via video conferencing, utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques and resources.
- Monitor and track clients' progress, adjusting therapy strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Minnesota license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Proficient in using digital platforms and technology for remote therapy sessions.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of speech and language disorders, evaluation techniques, and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality speech therapy services and making a positive impact on clients' lives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
- Familiarity with specialized speech therapy software and digital assessment tools.
- Prior experience in telepractice or remote speech therapy.
