Position Title: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - K-12 Teletherapy (California Remote)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students in California’s K-12 schools. As a remote SLP, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders through engaging online sessions. This position allows you to collaborate with educators and families while delivering services that help students achieve their communication goals in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs.
- Provide engaging 1:1 and small group virtual therapy sessions.
- Regularly communicate with teachers, parents, and support staff regarding student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of services and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements:
- Active California SLP license.
- Teletherapy experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong technological skills and experience using virtual platforms.
Hours:
Flexible, based on student needs and therapist availability.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
