Hours: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
Pay: $23 - $28 per hour
About Us:
Soliant is working with a school district near Berwick, Maine, to hire a dedicated RBT. As part of this supportive school environment, you will work closely with teachers, administrators, and educational staff to ensure students with diverse needs are well supported. This position focuses on K-12 students, where your role is essential to their behavioral and academic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing instructional materials and implementing behavior plans.
- Work alongside K-12 teachers and staff in both general education and special education settings.
- Monitor student progress in various areas: academic, behavioral, and social growth.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them engage with their learning environment.
- Complete necessary safety training to ensure a safe and productive school experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with K-12 students, especially in educational settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Passion for helping students grow academically and socially.
