Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive team in South River, NJ, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position will cover maternity leave, working primarily with PreK students to support their speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders in young children.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions in a variety of settings, including one-on-one and small group sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state license to practice as an SLP.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
