Job Description:
Soliant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year in Modesto, CA. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services for students with speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress and provide regular reports.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and parents regarding speech and language development.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid California SLP license.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
