Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Pickerington, OH
Caseload: Elementary Students
Pay: $40-55 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings to provide input on communication goals and accommodations.
Qualifications
- License: Must hold an active Ohio SLP license.
- Certification: SLP-CCC is preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Prior experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
