Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group therapy to elementary-aged students.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create tailored intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress.
- Be an advocate for students’ communication needs within the school setting.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
- Virginia state licensure or willingness to obtain.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their educational growth.
