Full-Time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job - California (Remote)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with extensive school-based experience to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This role requires a bilingual Spanish SLP with an active California license and a strong background working in California schools. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of 45-55 students, spanning from general education to moderate-severe disabilities (including SDC and ASD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of 45-55 students, including those in general education, special day classes (SDC), and moderate-severe disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with IEPs and maintain thorough service tracking.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide both direct therapy and consultation services.
- Utilize SEIS for documentation and Medicaid Billing as required.
Requirements:
- Active California SLP License required.
- Bilingual Spanish fluency required.
- Previous experience working in California schools required.
- Knowledge and experience with SEIS and Medicaid Billing are essential.
- Strong understanding of IEP compliance and service tracking.
