Full School Year Speech Pathologist (SLP) in Silverdale, Washington
A school in the Silverdale, Washington area is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist who is interested in working for the upcoming school year. The SLP would be working with an elementary or secondary caseload's to evaluate, diagnose and develop treatment plans for those with speech disorders. This is a full time opening hiring multiple candidates. Exact caseload can be tailored to applicant's experience.
The director is ready to conduct interviews for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating communication disorders
- Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
- Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
- Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
- Keeping detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress.

Experience:
- Previous experience in the SLP setting
- Previous experience in School setting preferred
Education:
- Must have a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Fully accredited (CCC) preferred
- Must be in at least Clinical Fellowship Year
Certifications:
- Active Washington SLP license
- ESA certification
