Qualifications
- Rhode Island Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Previous experience with pediatric populations (preferred)
Position Details
- Caseload: Elementary school students
- Services: Direct & Indirect therapy
- Disabilities: Mild to Moderate
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours: Part Time (10-20 hours per week) or Full Time (30-37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates or serves as a member of a diagnostic team and educational planning and placement committee.
- Serve as a resource to school staff in developing a balanced program for oral communication and speech improvement.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to implement therapy suggestions for students' daily activities.
