Florida Remote SLP Opportunity: Full-Time and Flexible Schedule

Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
- Location: Fully Remote
- Caseload: PreK-12 students with diverse communication needs
- Contract Type: 1099
- Pay Range: $41-46 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to align therapy goals with educational plans.
- Regularly assess and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights on students' communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active SLP license in Florida.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
