ProCare Therapy is a trusted provider of school-based therapy services, dedicated to connecting passionate professionals with opportunities to make a difference. We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Tumwater, WA.
Position Overview:
As a full-time SLP, you will work closely with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders. Your role will involve collaboration with educators and families to help students achieve their communication and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
- Provide therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor student progress.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain detailed records.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP license in Washington.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
