Exciting Opportunity: Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist for Schools

In this role, you'll work with a diverse student population, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions that meet each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and execute customized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide therapy, monitor student progress, and make adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication challenges.
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings for strategic planning.
- Support student needs, stay informed on the latest developments, and commit to continuous professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Oregon Teaching Certification
- Oregon SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
