Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in Arkansas.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of each student.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and student goals.
- Deliver high-quality therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
- Provide progress reports and recommendations for further services as needed.
- Stay informed about best practices in teletherapy and speech-language pathology.
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Arkansas.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working with K-12 students, including assessments, therapy, and IEP development.
- Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Passion for helping students achieve their communication goals.
