Soliant has partnered with an educational community in Fayetteville, AR, and is seeking a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year.

- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
- ASHA certified candidates preferred
- Candidates must have an Arkansas SLP license
- Prior schools experience strongly preferred
- Hourly W2 pay of $42 to $50/hr, dependent on experience

- Conduct both informal and standardized assessments to determine students' level of speech therapy needs
- Updating progress reports to ensure that students are moving towards their IEP goals
- Write reports based on evaluation results, in accordance with state and federal mandates
- Develop IEP goals in collaboration with District staff and families
- Present evaluation reports and IEP goals at meetings
- In some cases, SLPs may be called upon to supervise Clinical Fellows, student interns (at both the graduate and undergraduate level), and SLPAs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and drive to support student success
- Ability to collaborate with co-workers and student families
- Problem-solving skills
